Snovai is an AI copilot built specifically for ServiceNow developers, architects, and administrators. It lives as a Chrome extension sidebar inside your ServiceNow instance and combines three layers of intelligence: deep platform knowledge, real-world implementation patterns, and live queries against your actual instance data.

Why we built this

Generic AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot do not understand ServiceNow at a platform level. They work from what you paste and describe. Snovai connects directly to your instance, reads the actual state of your data, and brings the expertise of a senior architect into every session.

How it works

Snovai operates in three layers. The first layer is broad platform expertise covering every major ServiceNow module. The second layer is Deep Investigation, a curated knowledge base of real implementation patterns sourced from verified developer communities. This knowledge base covers the edge cases, undocumented behaviors, and failure patterns that are not in the official documentation and that typically only exist in the heads of senior architects or buried in community forums.
