Do I need a work email to sign up?
No. You can sign up with any email. If you use a personal domain, your account is created instantly. Snovai is built for ServiceNow professionals: freelancers, independent consultants, and contractors are all welcome.
What happens after the 45-day free period?
You will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you do not upgrade, your access pauses. Your account and chat history are retained for 30 days. Your ServiceNow instance data is never stored at any point, during or after the trial.
What is the difference between Team and Partner?
Team is for an in-house group running their own ServiceNow instance, up to 15 users in one company under one agreement. Partner is for implementation firms who work across many client instances, priced to the practice rather than per seat. If you deliver ServiceNow to other organizations, you want Partner.
How is Partner pricing set?
We do not price a practice on seats. We give your whole team 45 days, measure what it actually saves across your real engagements, and price as a fraction of that. You see the number before you commit.
What does multi-instance access mean?
Team and Partner accounts connect to multiple ServiceNow instances under one license. Switch between environments, run assessments, and deliver findings without separate accounts. Teams use it across their own environments; partners use it across client instances.
