Why this matters
Generic AI tools work from what you paste. They have no concept of your instance, your data, or the platform-specific failure modes that ServiceNow developers encounter daily. ServiceNow's own AI is broad and platform-wide. It is not designed for in-UI troubleshooting at the developer level. Community threads and documentation are valuable but require time to find, filter, and apply. Snovai is the only tool that combines live instance awareness, curated implementation patterns, and deep platform knowledge in a single sidebar that stays inside ServiceNow.
We have tried to represent each option fairly. If you believe something is inaccurate, email hello@snovai.pro and we will review it.
