AI Processing
Processes your messages and ServiceNow instance data to generate AI responses. Snovai uses the Claude API with zero data retention — Anthropic does not store prompts or responses after the API call completes and does not use API data to train models. SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 certified.
Auth & Data Storage
Stores user accounts and conversation history. Data is hosted in the United States on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own data. SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
Payment Processing
Processes subscription payments. Receives your name and email address only. Stripe does not receive ServiceNow credentials, conversation history, or instance data. PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Backend Infrastructure
Hosts the Snovai backend server. All API requests between the extension and Anthropic route through this infrastructure. No instance data is logged or persisted after each response is returned. ISO 27001 certified.
Transactional Email
Delivers account activation, trial reminder, and billing emails. Receives your email address only. No instance data, credentials, or conversation history is shared with Resend.
Web Hosting
Hosts the snovai.io website and landing pages. Standard web traffic including IP addresses and request metadata passes through Vercel infrastructure. No ServiceNow data, credentials, or conversation history is involved.
