Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use Snovai. By using Snovai you agree to this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Snovai to query, analyze, and understand data within ServiceNow instances you are authorized to access. You may use Snovai to get implementation guidance, debug issues, and build on the ServiceNow platform. You may use Snovai for personal productivity, team workflows, and professional development within ServiceNow.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not use Snovai to access ServiceNow instances you are not authorized to access. You must not use Snovai to extract, scrape, or export bulk data from any ServiceNow instance for purposes outside normal workflow. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or reproduce Snovai's system prompts, AI models, or underlying logic. You must not use Snovai to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law. You must not use Snovai to circumvent security controls, access controls, or audit trails within ServiceNow. You must not share your Snovai account credentials or allow others to use your account. You must not use Snovai for any purpose that violates your organization's policies or your ServiceNow license agreement.
4. ServiceNow Instance Access
Snovai connects to ServiceNow instances via a read-only service account. You are responsible for ensuring this service account is configured with appropriate permissions and scoped correctly. Snovai cannot create, modify, or delete any records. Any actions taken in your instance as a result of Snovai guidance are your responsibility.
5. AI-Generated Content
Snovai uses AI to generate responses. You are responsible for verifying any technical guidance, configuration steps, or code before implementing in any environment. Do not rely solely on Snovai output for production changes without independent verification.
6. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Snovai complies with your organization's data governance policies. Do not use Snovai to query or expose sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential records beyond what is necessary for your authorized workflow.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is using Snovai in violation of this policy, please email hello@snovai.pro. We take policy violations seriously and will investigate all reports.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Snovai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the product.
